Electronics Update

Last summer I took the motor control circuit and audio amplider ciruit and put it on one board. I hadent had time to test if it works until just recently and it does. There are definity some noise issues. My understanding is ------. I added a --- cap aross power and that helped. Im curious to see if a ground plane would help as well. the noise is gone when the motor is at full speed so a tempurary solution was to use a Tascam 4mk2 to record at a faster speed so it would balance out with the fast motor speed on my circuit

Mechanical Update

this is the first project where I am using fusion 360. i first started with using cardboard to hold everything in place, i then moved on to making this table like thing to hold the motor because it was a huge pain balancing everything with the cardbaord. i did this without mkaing measuements to fit in an altoid tin. so my next steps where to find the right measurments for the tin. the issue with this is that theres a lip so its hard to measure and my measuing tools is a ruler. after a couple of attempts i found a the right size, the corners could be better but im fine with how it is now

after testing these things everything works well enough for me to figure out how to fit everything into the tin. i would like to keep the electronics though hole but surface mount may be the next step. the motor is also too big to fit into the tin so i think i need to dig in my cassette box and find a smaller motor. after figuring out the 3d printed tin strugture i want to make a pcb that would go inside the tin and form into the 3d printed mechanical part
